Split-level Extension to provide Annexe for Family member – Copster Green Blackburn

The Brief was to demolish the existing detached garage and extend the existing 2 bed true bungalow and create an annexe facility for a close relative, as well as incorporating additional features for the whole family.

The House had the benefit of stunning views over the Ribble Valley, so the Layout was designed with that in mind. By having the rooms on different levels, this gave the Annexe a more interesting feel, with a new Sitting room and Large bedroom over incorporating glazed doors to add light with a Juliet balcony to take advantage of the viewpoint.
