Based in Hoghton, Preston, Partek Design Services was established in 1997 initially providing Architectural Services to Local House-Building companies and later progressing to cover all aspects of Residential Architecture and a number of Commercial projects.

We are a small company that offers a cost effective and professional alternative to the services of an Architect.

A typical quotation from ourselves will be considerably cheaper while still offering a high quality design coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of both the Planning process and current Building Regulations.

Our Mission

Following your Initial Enquiry, we can offer a FREE consultation to discuss your requirements. This can either be by telephone, or at your property. From this discussion, we can develop your ideas and provide advice on the best solution to suit your needs.

We value you as a potential Client, and will work hard to help you create the Home of your dreams, whilst still being mindful of controlling the costs. We will handle everything, starting with the Planning process through to completion of the Building Regulations stage.

This will include sending out for quotations from specialist Consultants such as
Structural Engineers, and ensuring you obtain the best service at a competitive price. We will also provide you with a comprehensive list of Builders contact details to help you through the next stage of the process.

We’re a proud member of Preston City Councils Buildings, Control Partnership Scheme. Due to this we have a great working relationship with the Council and can efficiently help you plan and apply for changes to your buildings.

As a sole trader Partek Design does not have the same overheads as a bigger firm with offices and multiple staff. This puts us in a great position to offer competitive prices for our services meaning you can still benefit from high quality work but at a fraction of the price.
